Our Ceramic Stains come in powder form and can be used to color glazes, underglazes or clay bodies.

They are suitable for a large range of temperatures, from Cone 06 to Cone 10. 

Testing is
recommended to determine stability

Mixing: 

Spectrum 2000 stains are generally intermixable, but certain colors may not perform well when mixed with others. 

For example, colors 2082, 2083, 2084, 2085, and 2090 should be mixed among themselves. 

Usage: 

The percentage of stain required in a formula can range from 1-15%, with 

5-10% being optimal for most applications. 

Safety: 

These stains are lead-free and non-toxic but handling them requires precautions due to potential health hazards.
